1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and robi365 ("robi365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the robi365 website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

robi365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, robi365 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the robi365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and robi365. Where a specific game, promotion, or tournament has its own supplementary terms, those terms supplement (and in the event of conflict, take precedence over) the general provisions set out here.

robi365 provides an online entertainment platform featuring casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and virtual games. The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adult members in Bangladesh. All monetary values on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise explicitly stated. The ৳ symbol is used throughout these Terms to denote BDT amounts.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the robi365 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their membership:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older. robi365 is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit minors to register or participate in any gambling activity under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual players. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local laws.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of robi365 or any affiliated entity, game studio, or payment partner.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own personal identity, and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the robi365 Platform or had an account permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the robi365 registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a current mobile phone number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each individual may hold only one robi365 account. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in your name through error or fraud, you must notify the support team immediately at [email protected]. robi365 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or balances associated with them.

3. Account Obligations

As a registered member of robi365, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. robi365 will never contact you by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel to request your password. Any message purporting to be from robi365 and requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to the support team immediately.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify robi365 support without delay so that the account can be secured. robi365 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials adequately or delayed in reporting a breach.

Accurate Account Information

You are obliged to keep all account information current and accurate throughout your membership. If any personal details change — including your name following marriage, your registered mobile number, or your primary payment method — you must update your account profile or notify the support team promptly. robi365 may require re-verification of identity following significant changes to account information.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the robi365 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the lobby, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures, referral programmes, or live casino game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or other financial misconduct through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be voided.
• Registering using false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your actual location in violation of robi365's geographic access policies.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

robi365 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your robi365 wallet in real time or within a few seconds of confirmed transaction receipt. robi365 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transfer fees independently of robi365.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. robi365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered identity, robi365 reserves the right to freeze the deposit pending verification and to return funds to the originating payment account if identity cannot be confirmed.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by members whose accounts have been fully verified through the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed to bKash or Nagad within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside standard hours are processed on the next available business period.

robi365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by the platform's fraud monitoring system, where the member has not previously completed a deposit using the nominated withdrawal method, or where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the member's typical account activity. These checks are conducted to protect both the member and the integrity of the Platform.

Inactive Account Balances

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. robi365 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳50 per calendar month to inactive accounts with a remaining balance. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid dormancy fees, members should log in and perform at least one activity within each 12-month period.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

robi365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available and to the general bonus principles set out in this section. Participation in any bonus or promotional offer constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus as detailed on the robi365 promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through the creation of additional accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and the permanent closure of the duplicate accounts.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — live casino and table games typically carry a lower contribution percentage than slots. Full contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry date from the point of crediting. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Wagering progress toward bonus release will also be reset. robi365 will send reminder notifications to members with active bonus balances approaching expiry where possible, but it is the member's responsibility to monitor their bonus status within their account.

Seasonal and Special Promotions

robi365 offers seasonal promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16), as well as major cricket tournaments such as BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific eligibility criteria and terms, which will be published alongside the promotion announcement.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets available on the robi365 Platform are governed by the rules of the respective game or sport, as supplemented by robi365's general house rules set out in this section. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

Casino Games

Casino games available on robi365 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent the long-run theoretical return across a statistically significant sample of game rounds. Short-term results will naturally deviate from the stated RTP. robi365 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the parameters established by the game provider and their independently certified RNG.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on robi365 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. All odds are displayed in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that market.

Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by robi365 at its sole discretion. robi365 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where there is evidence of manifest error in the published odds, where the integrity of the market is in question, or where the bet has been placed in violation of these Terms. A bet is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — resulting from a technical fault, feed error, or human input error — will be voided and stakes returned.

7. Responsible Gaming

robi365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all members at all times from within the account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: Members can configure automated alerts that notify them of the duration of their active gaming session at intervals of their choosing. A session summary — including time spent and net financial result — is displayed at the point of the alert.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary cooling-off suspension of their account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is fully suspended and cannot be reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a longer break from gambling may apply for formal self-exclusion for a period of 1 month to 5 years. Self-excluded accounts are fully suspended, marketing communications are halted, and reactivation is not possible until the exclusion period has ended and a formal review has been completed.

robi365 strictly enforces its 18+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the member does not meet the minimum age threshold, pending verification. The welfare of vulnerable individuals — including minors and those experiencing problem gambling — is a non-negotiable priority for robi365.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

robi365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account at any time and without prior notice where robi365 reasonably believes that the member has violated any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has failed to complete the required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or where continued operation of the account is considered to pose a risk to the Platform, its members, or its payment partners.

Member-Initiated Closure

Members who wish to close their robi365 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, robi365 will confirm that any pending withdrawal requests have been completed and that no active bonus obligations remain outstanding. Closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Consequences of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether member-initiated or robi365-initiated — all bonus funds and free spin allocations are forfeited immediately. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided the closure was not the result of a terms violation or fraud investigation. Where an account is closed as a result of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or deliberate abuse of the bonus system, robi365 reserves the right to retain the balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal process.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, robi365's total liability to any member arising from or connected to their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. robi365 accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of robi365.

By using the robi365 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, that past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and that you participate entirely at your own risk. robi365 encourages all members to gamble responsibly, within their personal financial means, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided.
